In this role you will play a crucial part in developing our talents, grow our business and contribute immensely to operational excellence.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving and implementing the People Strategy with global and local initiatives.
Your main responsibilities are:
To develop, implement and actively manage People-focused activities and initiatives which address and align with the needs of our teams and leaders, thereby fully contributing to business results.
Ensure all employees understand the People Strategy and are aware and take full advantage of all resources available to them when it comes to learning.
Be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, building strong relationships to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment.
Drive transformation throughout, specifically when it comes to performance enablement, competence development, growth, agile mindset, digitalization.
Foster an inclusive culture within the Henrob operation unit, with a particular focus on diversity and well-being, thereby enabling employees and teams to achieve their full potential.
Utilize approved annual market pay data to maintain the local compensation structure to ensure competitive pay leveling for current and potential employees.
Manage processes such as annual pay to ensure consistent evaluation of key job attributes, FLSA law and pay equality.
Lead, plan and coordinate the various services, policies and initiatives performed by the local HR team members.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws regulations and reporting, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
