8AM-5PMWhat's the job?Engage in outreach programs with partnering agencies.
Transporting people with disabilities to appointments.
Attend weekly meetings, Monthly agency staff meetings, and individual weekly meetings with the program coordinator.
Ensure properly and timely documentation of services including written reports.
Other assigned duties.
What's needed?Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Valid NYS Driver's License with clean record.
Experience working with people with disabilities.
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
